All item bank names in a product are searchable. The folder s which contain item bank names matching the search term will show up in the search results, so that the user can identify the folder s in which desired item banks are located. Clicking on the silhouette in the top right corner pops up an overlay with two options, Update Profile and Sign Out. Add a product by clicking "New" button. This pops up an overlay.
In this window, the user may do the following:. To update a product's name or related information, click the pencil icon under the Edit column. To actually edit the product's content and access the item banks page, the user must click on the title, not the Edit button.
To avoid inadvertent deletion, users are provided with a confirmation dialog before deleting a product. Phase 2 of development, the improved Item Banks page is complete. The new Item Banks page has a brand new layout, consistent with the look and feel of the previously released Products page.
The Item Banks page has the same paging, organizing, and searching features as the Products page as well as UI improvements addressing all item bank management. Once a user logs into the system and selects a product listed on their Products page, they will land on their product's new Item Banks page. The image below depicts numbered features, representing UI improvements to existing functionality.
On click of the New folder icon , a new folder entry field appears at the top of the list. Note that there will always be one folder in the product by default, which cannot be renamed, called "Default". This will be explained below. The new folder will now appear at the top of the folder list, the number of item banks within it included on its right. There are three options available once the user clicks on the Import icon: upload file , import colleague's bank , and copy bank.
To upload a file, click on Import icon and select upload file from the dropdown menu. Numbered steps are provided, which must be completed in numerical order. Step 1: Browse to select the file, and select the file type to be imported. To import a colleague's bank given then product that has been shared with you by the colleague , click on Import icon and select import colleague's bank from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Select the folder from which the item banks will be imported. Only one folder may be selected. Step 3: Select the item banks to be imported by clicking their check boxes. More than one may be selected, and all can be selected by clicking each check box or by clicking in the Select all check box above the list of item banks. The item banks imported will now be included at the top of the destination folder's list of item banks.
In this example, the two imported Chapter 1 item banks will be in the Appendix K folder. To copy item banks between or within your products, click on Import icon and select copy banks from the dropdown menu. Note that we are already in the Spiceland FA 3e product, so we are copying between folders in a single product. An in-window message in a yellow banner will indicate that it is processing, followed by a message that the copy has completed. Note that if multiple banks are selected for import, the file name will be "testArchive" instead.
A message will appear at the top of the screen indicating the successful download of the file s. This feature is helpful when want to move one or more item banks to another folder within the product. Select the item banks that will be moved to another folder by clicking each item bank's checkbox on the right side as with Export.
Below the top three item banks are selected. A window will appear with a list of all the folders within the product. Select the destination folder for the item banks being moved. In this case, the Appendix C folder is selected. The item banks moved will now be listed under the destination folder selected at the top of the folder's list of item banks.
Folders are a new feature allowing the user to organize their item banks on a product's Item Banks page. Folders are not required for item bank organization; however, all products will have one folder by default called "Default". It cannot be deleted or renamed.
If choosing not to use folders for organization, all item banks will remain within this folder. Upon first logging in after the Item Banks page release, all item banks will be located within this folder. The user then may reorganize the item banks in folders as desired. A product's folders are always represented by a light gray bar. The number of item banks contained in a given folder is included to the right of the folder name. Each folder can be expanded or collapsed, allowing the user to view or not view the item banks within a given folder or multiple folders.
To expand a folder, click on the dark gray caret on the left of the folder name, and the folder will expand to show all of the item banks contained within the folder. If a folder does not contain item banks, the user will see the following message when the folder is expanded. Folders can be reordered by clicking and dragging, like item banks, in both expanded and collapsed states.
An entry field will open at the top of the folder's list of item banks, allowing the item bank name to be entered. The default item bank type is Normal but can be changed in the dropdown menu. Click Save. The item bank type, like Normal, is a setting that has historically been determined in the Admin Library; however, it is now available in EZTest.
The options for item banks types follow. Unless otherwise directed, do not modify this. The folder name entry field will open and be available for modifying the folder name. Note that the system does not require folder names to be unique; therefore, be careful to not name folders identically.
A folder can be deleted only if there are no item banks contained within it. If a folder contains no item banks, then a trash can icon will be available to click on to delete.
If item banks are present in a folder, the trash can will not be present. By joining Download. Free YouTube Downloader. IObit Uninstaller. Internet Download Manager. Advanced SystemCare Free. VLC Media Player. MacX YouTube Downloader.
